Writing Coach

Many people reach a point in their writing where they feel stuck, disorganized, or overwhelmed. Hiring a writing coach can help you to re-centre the goals of your project and develop a concrete plan for success.

When you hire me for coaching services, we will meet to develop a strategy about how to best use our time together. Potential services include meeting to talk through idea organization, review feedback from supervisors or editors, and strategize about most urgent tasks; developing a concrete task list and plan for moving through writing impasses; maintaining accountability to your work through phone calls and/or email check-ins; and reading over written work (either with or without my editing services). For these coaching sessions, I often work backwards from my clients’ budgets. Details of specific service plans and rates are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
